Head Culinary Director Job Description
Our fast-paced, high-volume Modern-ish Indian Fusion kitchen is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and delivers consistency at scale.
* End-to-end kitchen management
* Leading and mentoring a multicultural kitchen team of varying skill levels
* Executing menus, training staff on standards and expectations
* Stock control and supplier management to minimize wastage and optimize inventory
* Food cost control and gross profit targets through efficient ordering and usage
* Ensuring HACCP compliance and maintaining exceptional food safety standards
* Supporting functions and events, including managing high-volume trade and coordinating with senior management
