About Us
Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) operates in the ACT and NSW, supporting 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs).
The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services to the CECG system of schools, ELCs and the CEO through several service areas including Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and People and Culture.
About The Role
The Technical Support Officer supports both office and school based employees with technical needs. The role is vital to the daily operations of schools to ensure all users have optimal experience and delivers high quality and timely technical support to staff and students alike.
Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include
Assist other Technical Support Officers in the provision of services including providing process-based system or application administration
Maintain quality relationships with school and office employees, including understanding local school or office context
Provide Level 1 support to all system users via phone, ITSM tool and other methods as defined in the Service Delivery operating model.

Qualifications And Eligibility
Certification in Information Technology and/or equivalent experience in Level 1 or 2 technical level support
Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration and Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current Drivers Licence
