We are on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance, Infrastructure and Digital Technology team as an Administrative Assistant
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work school-friendly hours, with the potential to grow professionally within a dynamic and supportive environment.
This is an ongoing position based in our West Leederville Office and we are looking for the following but not limited to:
* 3 days per week - Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
* 5 hours per day - 9:30am to 2:30pm (or similar)
What you will be doing?
This role is pivotal in delivering top-tier administrative support to the Finance, Infrastructure and Digital Technology leadership team, as well as the Executive Assistant of the Finance, Infrastructure and Digital Technology Directorate.

About you?
* Commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic education.
* Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support ensuing smooth day to day operations.
* Experience in administrative or office management role.
* Proven ability to effectively manage calendars, organise meetings and maintain accurate records.
* Effective digital technology skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite and willingness to adopt system applications related to the role.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated capacity to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* A customer focused approach with a commitment to delivering a high standard of service.
* Proven track record of handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to assist in various tasks as required.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a positive member of the team, including working across multi-disciplinary teams.
