Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the day to day client relationship, becoming the first point of contact for client enquiries
2. Attending client meetings with Senior Advisor / Director, and presenting as required
3. Assisting with the preparation of complex strategic SOA’s
4. Liaising and working with other divisions in the wider William Buck business to deliver great outcomes for the client.
5. Researching and developing financial strategies for clients, including strategy formation across multiple entities (Family Trusts, Companies, SMSFs etc)
6. Preparation of engagement letters
7. Administration relating to implementation including, establishing / rolling over superannuation funds, investments funds, share portfolios etc
8. Managing and tracking client portfolios
About you:
9. Degree qualified in Commerce, Economics, or similar discipline
10. 3+ years' experience working in the industry within financial planning/advice, superannuation consulting environment, technical role or accounting is preferable.
11. Ideally come from a paraplanning or client services background
12. Exceptional client service focus
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
14. Good lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
15. Strong Word, Excel and Xplan skills
