Administrative Skill Set
Customer focused, attention to detail, organised, excellent verbal and written communication skills, Microsoft office suite, data entry, database management, file management, email management, record keeping, reconciliation skills, time management, accounting software, decision making, reporting skills and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
* Customer service
* Do preliminary pictures, pre-staging viewings
* Project file management- ensure complete and moving through process files
* Quote, invoice and credit vendors
* Schedule projects in calendar and running sheet
* Schedule key collections and lock box distribution
* Jobs cards & staff allocation
* Client reports
* Social media management and engagement and management of marketing activities
