Overview
Our Bar and Gaming team is at the heart of the Wests experience. We're currently looking for a full‐time team member to join us at Wests Mayfield, helping us deliver outstanding service to our members and guests. You'll be part of a team that keeps our indoor and outdoor spaces, including designated smoking zones, welcoming, protected, and enjoyable – from assisting with service and enquiries to ensuring our venues remain clean and inviting.
Responsibilities
* Delivering friendly, professional service
* Assisting with gaming machine operations
* Taking and delivering drink orders to machines
* Resetting and paying out jackpot wins
* Operating Tab and Keno terminals
* Keeping your workstation and equipment clean and tidy
* Handling tills and cash transactions
* Collecting glasses and returning them to the bar
You will need to be available across a rotating roster, including Friday nights, weekends, and busy peak times such as summer and holiday periods.
Requirements
* Mandatory certifications: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG).
* As part of the recruitment process, you'll need to complete standard probity checks, including right‐to‐work verification, a Criminal History Check, and reference checks.
