The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our regional sales function, grow revenue, and drive EBITDA performance. You'll manage a high-performing, geographically dispersed B2B sales team, develop key accounts, and execute a strategy that makes Ausco the partner of choice for modular solutions.
What You'll Do:
* Lead and execute the regional sales strategy to hit revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and key account portfolio
* Coach and develop a high-performing sales team
* Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
* Ensure disciplined use of CRM, accurate reporting, and sales processes
What We're Looking For:
* Degree-qualified in Business, Marketing, Sales, or similar
* 5+ years in senior B2B sales leadership roles
* Proven track record exceeding sales targets
* Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* CRM experience (MS Dynamics desirable)
* Construction or related industry experience preferred
