This role involves providing technical support to clients by installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products at client sites and depot locations.
You will be responsible for a wide range of IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, standard software, and low-end servers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform service calls across a wide range of IT equipment

* Provide hardware break-fix, troubleshooting, and component replacement
">
* Complete installs, moves, adds, and changes in client environments
">
* Provide desk side support for personal computers and associated software
">
* Support printers and low-end servers as required
">
* Handle routine, non-complex technical problems and escalate where needed
">

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
A+ certification or equivalent is highly regarded. You should have strong knowledge of desktop hardware and software, including Microsoft applications, and basic troubleshooting and repair ability with hands-on toolkit experience.
A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle are also required. You must be able to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
Australian citizenship is also a requirement for security clearance.
