We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and community-focused Pharmacist to manage a small, friendly pharmacy located in a beautiful rural town within the Murray River Council area, Southern Riverina, NSW (just 20 minutes from Deniliquin and 30 minutes from Echuca, VIC).
About the Pharmacy:
This is a community-oriented pharmacy with a strong local customer base. The day-to-day management is straightforward, but we're looking for a professional who can bring leadership and vision to take the business to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy with a focus on quality service and customer satisfaction
* Ensure QCPP accreditation is achieved and maintained
* Supervise staff and manage point-of-sale and cash systems
* Deliver professional, attentive care and build strong relationships with clients
* Support business growth through innovation and local engagement
* Solve problems with a proactive and knowledgeable approach
* Keep up to date with pharmaceutical products and industry standards
Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Motivation and enthusiasm to lead and grow the business
* Ability to work independently and supervise a small team
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
* Previous experience in QCPP compliance (preferred but not essential)
