Job Title: Quality Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations sector, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our quality assurance system in accordance with company policies and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have:
* A recognized certificate in Internal Auditing of Quality Systems or equivalent
* Tertiary education in Quality Systems
* Working knowledge of managing an ISO 9001:2015 quality system
* Experience in Third Party Logistics or Freight Forwarding industries
* Exposure to and understanding of training principles
* Strong awareness of and exposure to WH&S requirements
* Relationship management and influencing skills (Advanced)
* Excellent communication skills, highly service-oriented
Responsibilities include:
* Managing, maintaining, and improving the quality assurance system in accordance with company policies and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards
* Preparing for and managing external ISO 9001:2015 tri-annual/surveillance audits ensuring re-certification at surveillance and tri-annual audits
* Scheduling internal audits as part of ISO 9001:2015 requirements, ensuring audits are carried out on time and required actions completed
* Providing weekly site NCR and customer complaints reporting
* Providing site/departmental NCR and rework, reject analysis data to assist managers in achieving continual improvement in their departments
* Ensuring all NCR's and CAR's are actioned within agreed timeframes
* Providing advice and support to all departments for ongoing improvement and development of process and service quality
