**Every day, you'll be**:
- Guiding our customers on how to get the most from their solar and battery savings
- Keeping our customers updated with the status of their solar installation
- Pushing maintenance call outs through the pipeline, and keeping our customers updated
- Editing our self-service articles and references with a focus on continuous improvement
- Updating our legendary sales team as required on their customers issues
This role will report to the Customer Service Team Manager.
**You must have**:
- Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience - could be Retail, Call Centre, or similar
- Experience using Google Workplace or MS Office
**Bonus points**:
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Currently studying a something aligned to renewables
- A bit of a nerd when it comes to anything IT related
