We'ar looking for a friendly, organised, and can-do receptionist to join our team at Countrywide Physio — a local, patient-focused clinic offering physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, Pilates, breathing retraining, pain management, and women's health.

What you'll do:
* Welcome patients and manage appointments in Cliniko
* Handle emails, calls, EFTPOS payments, and HICAPS
* Support with reconciliation and ordering equipment
* Help with social media and marketing tasks
* Be the calm, capable connection between our team and our patients
2–3 days per week | Casual or Part-time | Award rates (based on experience)
