Reporting to the Deputy CFO, you'll lead Levande's Operations Finance function, supporting our national retirement living portfolio and partnering closely with Operational leaders across Australia.
You'll lead a team of Finance professionals responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, business partnering and operational financial performance across our villages.
Alongside the day-to-day leadership of the function, you'll play an important role in improving systems, strengthening controls, supporting automation initiatives and helping Finance deliver better insights to the business.

Qualifications and Experience
* CA or CPA qualified Finance leaders with experience across financial control, operational finance and reporting within complex, multi‐site environments.
* Background in retirement living, property, hospitality, aged care or similarly regulated industries will be highly regarded.
