About the Team
Virtual Branch is a dedicated banking team for Third Party Banking and is transforming the way we engage with internal & external customers through digital and phone. It is responsible for ensuring compliance, ongoing health and proactive growth of customers.
About the role
As a Personal Banker and reporting to Team Manager, Virtual Branch, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls where you will assist customers with all personal lending and credit cards enquiries, execute lending requests including conducting needs analysis and completing lending applications. Additional activities include welcome calls, identifying opportunities for growth and nurturing long term customer relationships.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Good understanding of the Bank's lending products, policies, and regulations with experience and knowledge of personal lending and credit cards highly desirable
* Extensive customer service experience including conducting customer needs analysis
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and key stakeholders
* Proactive and adaptable disposition with a willingness to learn and grow
* Strong technical capabilities with an understanding and interest in digital and self-service offerings highly desirable
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
This is a full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight with a hybrid flexible work model where you are based a minimum of three days per week at a local corporate office (Adelaide, Melbourne, Bendigo, Sydney, Ipswich, Brisbane).
Third Party Virtual Banking opening hours will be Monday - Friday, 0900 - 1830 (AEST) and you will be required to work a rotating roster within these opening hours.
