Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Strategist to lead the expansion of our property management portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through strategic prospecting, networking, and delivering compelling presentations.
* Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to secure new landlord clients and convert leads into signed management agreements.
* Build relationships with prospective landlords, deliver rental appraisals and presentations, and secure new management agreements.
Key Responsibilities
* Actively seek new property management clients through calls, emails, door knocking, networking, referrals, and social media engagement.
* Drive listing growth by managing listings, conducting viewings, handling enquiries and applications, and supporting tenancy sign-ups to ensure fast and effective leasing.
* Partner with Sales Agents to convert investor buyers and attend open homes and auctions to identify potential landlord clients.
