Job Description
As the SEO Product Director, you will lead the vision and drive an organic growth strategy that aligns with our product roadmap and business objectives.
You will be responsible for embedding SEO into product development, influencing early-stage discovery, user research, testing, and go-live planning. This includes auditing website speed and traffic to identify performance bottlenecks and opportunities.
Additionally, you will present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, including the C-suite. You will also drive performance, monitor channel impact, ROI, and revenue per keyword, and track progress against audience growth KPIs.
Core Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in SEO, with 2+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven success driving organic growth for large-scale websites and delivering tangible business outcomes is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience with enterprise SEO tools (GA4, Lumar, SEMrush, DeepCrawl) and familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python).
