Sales Director Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Director to join our high-performing team. This role offers direct exposure to founders and senior leadership, providing a fast track for career progression.
* Strategic Account Management: Identify, prioritize, and pursue key accounts within Tier 2/3 financial institutions, maintaining monthly engagement with decision-makers.
* End-to-End Sales Cycle Ownership: Drive the entire sales process for complex, long B2B sales cycles, from initial contact to successful closure.
* Executive-Level Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, including CEOs, CFOs, Chief Strategy Officers, and Board Members, understanding their pain points and demonstrating the transformative value of ClearCompany's platform.

* Complex B2B Sales: Proven track record of navigating and closing complex, long B2B sales cycles, ideally within a consulting or enterprise software environment.
* Banking Domain Expertise: Strong understanding and credibility within the banking sector, particularly with Tier 2 financial institutions (e.g., mutual banks, credit unions).
* Network: An established network within the Australian banking industry, particularly with decision-makers like Heads of Business, CFOs, and potentially CIOs/CTOs.
