Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-driven and experienced Financial Transaction Manager to join our Finance team.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day processing of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to maintain financial health and ensure smooth business operations.
The key responsibilities include:
* Processing and managing supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time
* Matching purchase orders, receipts, and invoices; reconciling vendor accounts
* Responding to supplier queries and assisting with month-end close
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable or similar accounting roles.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and issuing customer invoices; managing receipts and allocations
* FOLLOWING UP OVERDUE ACCOUNTS AND MAINTAINING STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
* Reconciling AR ledgers and preparing ageing and management reports
Additional Responsibilities
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
* Assisting with reconciliations, audits, and financial reporting
* Maintaining organised records for all transactions
* Administering insurance, fuel, toll, and banking documentation
Required skills and qualifications include:
* 2-3 years' experience in an AP/AR or similar accounting role
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting systems
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
