Equipment Operators
* Loader, Screens & Shredder operation
* Receivals & Processing duties
* Windrow management, Moxie & Water Cart operation
Experienced Labourers and Operators
* Floor picking & yard duties
* Entry-level pathway into machine operation
* Progression opportunities available
Pickers
* Identify and remove contaminants from material lines
* General yard duties and inspections
Ongoing Shift opportunities
* Monday to Friday Shifts with some Weekend overtime
* Ongoing work available for the right team members.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in green or organic waste, recycling, quarry, or similar environments (highly regarded for operator roles)
* Front End Loader, Excavator or mobile plant experience
* Experience with screening systems or shredders (desirable)
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work in physically demanding environments
Tickets & Licences
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
* HR Licence and heavy vehicle experience
* Loader ticket (highly regarded)
* Excavator ticket (desirable)
