What You'll Do
* Execute seamless service and high-quality food production, ensuring every passenger receives the premium experience they expect.
* Champion a safety-first mindset by adhering to strict HACCP and aviation security guidelines—it's non-negotiable airside.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, adapting instantly to changing passenger volumes and flight schedules.
* Act as a true ambassador for the airport, maintaining impeccable personal presentation and a professional manner at all times.
* Collaborate across the venue to ensure smooth operations, supporting your colleagues to get the job done right, every single shift.
About You
* A valid background check and the ability to hold an ASIC
* Reliable transport is necessary to ensure punctuality for all shifts at the Newcastle Airport location.
* Flexibility to accommodate a rotating roster that aligns with fluctuating flight schedules is a key operational need.
* Solid industry experience or relevant qualifications (such as Cert III Commercial Cookery) are required to ensure service excellence.
* High-level personal grooming and a professional demeanour are essential to effectively represent the brand.
