Role Description
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Assistant to amplify our mission of inspiring change through connection. This hands-on role involves running operations front desk and customer service, leading sales initiatives, managing social media and marketing campaigns, building partnerships, analysing performance metrics, and representing the organisation at industry events.
* Front Desk and Customer Service: Answer phone calls, manage ticketing, group bookings, and special events
* Sales Initiatives: Increase ticketing, group bookings, and special events revenue
* Digital Marketing: Manage social media, content creation, and email marketing campaigns
* Partnerships: Build relationships with tourism operators, schools, and community groups
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and adjust strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
Key Responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day operations at the front desk

* Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders

Requirements
* Two years experience in marketing, sales, or tourism promotion
* Proven success in campaign development and revenue growth
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Possession of relevant qualifications or certifications
