Role Description
This is a volunteer hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Perth, WA with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, providing excellent customer service, cultivating and managing client relationships, and conducting product training sessions. The specialist will also assist in sales management activities, evaluate market trends, and identify opportunities for business growth in alignment with ITNHUB's vision.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
* Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving targets and understanding market strategies.
* Experience in Training and the ability to convey knowledge effectively to clients and team members.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment with self-motivation and organizational skills.
* Passion for the travel and tourism industry and a willingness to contribute towards innovative projects.
* Experience in marketing or travel-related industries is a plus.
