They are Tesla's front line and brand ambassadors, supporting our mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.
As a Tesla Advisor, you will support customers from their initial showroom visit to delivery day. You will help deliver an innovative buying and delivery experience for one of the most innovative vehicles ever made.

What You'll Do
* Engage walk-in guests promptly, opening conversations and making them feel welcome.
* Educate prospective customers and current owners through calls, emails, texts, and outbound events about Tesla's products and answer questions.
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by collecting contact information and scheduling/test-driving potential buyers.
* Contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting and exceeding KPIs.
* Execute sales and delivery operations proficiently, delivering a strong client experience with minimal guidance.
* Present, sell, and support Tesla's ecosystem during delivery and installation.
* Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales, delivery, and ownership support processes.
* Serve as the primary contact for all customer interactions during their purchase experience.
* Educate customers on the purchase and delivery journey from initial contact to delivery day.
* Ensure vehicle readiness for delivery appointments.
* Conduct comprehensive vehicle orientations tailored to individual customer needs.
* Manage trade-ins and documentation on delivery day.
* Perform Tesla Direct deliveries from Delivery Centres to customers' homes when needed.
* Perform additional responsibilities as required to meet business needs.
What You'll Bring
* Customer service experience.
* Positive, enthusiastic attitude and passion for changes in personal transportation.
* Ability to understand and communicate technical and business concepts.
* Strong team mentality and reliability.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Mastery of Tesla products and services, with knowledge of EV industry trends and incentives.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 2 years.
* Ability to obtain necessary state licensing, if applicable.
