The Role
We're looking for an Account Manager / Project Manager to jump in immediately and help take the load across several key clients over the next three months. This role is about exceptional client servicing, organisation and delivery.
You'll be responsible for keeping projects moving, managing creative outputs, coordinating talent and creators, and ensuring campaigns land on time and to a high standard.
You'll work closely with the Director and wider team to maintain momentum across multiple campaigns, social activations and content productions.
This is not a "sit back and manage emails" role. You'll be right in the middle of the action — working with creators, producers, editors and strategists to keep the work flowing.
Key Responsibilitie s
* Day-to-day client servicing and communication.
* Managing project timelines, deliverables and internal workflows.
* Coordinating creative production and campaign execution.
* Managing influencer outreach, negotiation, contracting and deliverables.
* Working with short-form creators across Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
* Managing relationships with long-form creators including YouTube creators and content channels.
* Negotiating creator partnerships, usage rights and deliverables.
* Ensuring campaigns and creative outputs are delivered on time and to brief.
* Supporting the team across social campaigns, content production and digital activity.
* Keeping the team organised and accountable across multiple projects.
What We're Looking For
* Previous agency experience in account management or project management.
* Strong experience managing influencer outreach, negotiation and contracting.
* Experience working with both short-form and long-form creators, including YouTube creators.
* If you run your own YouTube channel or have experience producing long-form content, even better.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects, creators and stakeholders simultaneously
* You must be comfortable picking up the phone.
* Creator partnerships, negotiations and influencer relationships often happen through direct conversations. If you prefer to hide behind email, this role won't suit you.
* Confidence speaking with creators, negotiating deliverables and managing relationships is essential.
* Have previously worked as a creator, producer or content maker yourself.
* Can jump into tools like Canva or CapCut when needed.
* Are obsessed with social media and content trends.
* Are experimenting with AI creative tools such as Firefly, Sora, Higgsfield or similar.
