Responsibilities include:
* Accurate and timely implementation of advice across various product lines
* Effective liaison with platform providers, fund managers, and insurers to facilitate smooth file processing
* Maintenance of comprehensive client documentation, reports, and records in accordance with regulatory standards
* Provision of support to advisory staff during meetings, follow-ups, and client communication
* Contribution to process improvements aimed at enhancing the overall client experience
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated individual with excellent organisational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and familiar with financial planning CRMs. They must possess a strong understanding of financial products, superannuation regulations, and industry best practices.
