About The Role
The Administration Officer will be the first point of contact for consumers and visitors, both at reception and over the phone. You'll provide responsive and welcoming front‐of‐house services that reflect GPHs values while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hub. This is a permanent part‐time opportunity (33 hours per week).

Duties
* Provide responsive and professional front‐of‐house services
* Provide administration and business systems support for the overall day‐to‐day functioning of the office.
* Work collaboratively with local service delivery teams and other administrative staff to provide support across GPH's programs.
Skills & Experience
* Relevant qualifications in administration and/or a combination of relevant training and experience in a similar role
* Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise work, manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and meet deadlines.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service skills and an ability to effectively engage with a wide diversity of people including the ability to work respectfully with people with mental health difficulties.
* Ability to engage effectively and respectfully with a wide diversity of people, including those experiencing mental health difficulties or distress
* Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently when required but also to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and understanding of confidentiality and privacy principles.
* Proficient in the use of MS Office applications and other software applications such as CIMS
* Current drivers licence and willingness to travel as part of role
About Headspace
headspace provides support to young people aged 12‐25 experiencing mild to moderate or emerging mental health issues. The multidisciplinary team at headspace Nowra work to improve health, social, vocational and educational outcomes for young people. Grand Pacific Health is the lead agency of headspace Nowra. We are a not‐for‐profit, primary health care organisation providing locally tailored, high quality physical and mental health services across NSW and the ACT.
