About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Residential Property Manager to join one of Byron Bay's most established and people-focused real estate teams.
You'll step into a well-maintained portfolio and be backed by a supportive, experienced team that values professionalism, balance, and a outstanding culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Full end-to-end management of a residential portfolio
Lease renewals and tenant sign-ups
Advertising and marketing of rental properties
Conducting entry, exit, and routine inspections
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Rental appraisals and rent reviews
After -hours phone
What You Need to Succeed
Experience in the Real Estate Industry is preferred
Knowledge of the NSW Residential Tenancies Act
Experience with Property Tree, Inspection Express, VaultRE, Gmail & Inspect Real Estate (preferred)
Current NSW Real Estate License or Assistant Agent Certificate
Valid NSW driver's license
Local knowledge of Byron Bay and surrounding areas
Positive attitude and likes working in a cooperative and team based environment
