They will develop and manage a portfolio of key business clients and referral partners, uncovering new business opportunities and cultivating strong relationships.
The role involves:
1. Managing a portfolio of key business clients and referral partners to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.
2. Maintaining and enhancing the portfolio's credit risk profile while maximising profitability through effective revenue and lending strategies.
3. Initiating solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implementing yearly business plans for complex portfolios.
