Merchandising & Shelf Management
* Replenish stock and ensure products are fully stocked and well-presented on shelves
* Maintain planogram compliance and brand display standards
* Check product pricing, shelf labels, and promotional materials
* Monitor stock levels and report low stock or out-of-stock situations
* Ensure products are clean, tidy, and correctly rotated (FIFO where applicable)
Sampling & Promotion Activities
* Set up and conduct in-store sampling / tasting activities in accordance with store guidelines
* Prepare products safely and hygienically following food safety standards
* Engage with customers to introduce products, explain usage, and answer basic questions
* Encourage trial and increase product awareness and sales
* Collect basic customer feedback and report to the sales team
Reporting & Communication
* Submit simple visit reports (store visited, stock condition, photos if required)
* Communicate store issues, competitor activity, and customer feedback to management
* Coordinate with the sales team regarding promotional schedules and priorities
Preferred (but not essential)
* Experience working with supermarkets such as Costco or Asian grocery chains
* Food handling certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
* Own transport to travel between stores
