About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Trade Qualified Individual to join our team as a Motor Assessor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about quality repairs and outstanding customer service to accelerate their future.
You will accurately assess vehicle damage to determine cost-effective and safe repairs while ensuring the best outcome for the customer and balancing the needs of the business.
This role offers a dynamic work environment, where you'll have the opportunity to masterfully assess vehicle damage, conduct post-repair inspections, and deliver expert advice to customers.
As a successful candidate, you'll have:
* A trade qualification in motor body repair industry (Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent)
* Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter or Motor Mechanic and up-to-date industry knowledge
* Sound experience in writing quotes and estimating
* A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
* Tech-savvy with confidence using computers
* Ability to work independently and as a team player
* Valid driver's license
