About the role:
Provides essential support to the cooks; handles prep, washing, cleaning, and ensures smooth kitchen flow for popular dishes like lechon and sides.
Key duties:
* Prep ingredients.
* Wash dishes, utensils, cookware.
* Clean and sanitize work areas per Food Standards.
* Assist Cooks during peak service.
* Unload & stock deliveries.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a kitchen preferred. (Optional)
* Eager, flexible, team-player attitude.
* Good awareness of hygiene & safety procedures.
