Key Responsibilities:
* Client & Market Leadership: Be the trusted advisor clients seek, drive proactive engagement, and elevate our market brand.
* Strategic Growth: Drive market growth by identifying strategic opportunities, shaping bids, and leveraging industry trends to position the business as a technical and commercial leader.
* Collaboration: Foster cross-business collaboration to strengthen client relationships, share global expertise, and support project delivery through Communities of Practice and strategic leadership alignment.
* Project Delivery: Lead, review, and advise on key projects, ensuring efficiency and excellence in delivery.
* People Leadership: Collaborate closely with Business and Group Leaders to mentor emerging talent, identify strategic recruitment needs, and strengthen project delivery across the Business Centre.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Project management, Construction management or relevant technical qualification is desirable.
* Ideally 20 years of professional experience in civil engineering consulting or related disciplines.
* Proven leadership in the land development and infrastructure market.
* Professional registration in a related field.
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
