Requirements and Qualifications:
* Experience in product or category management, preferably within the automotive aftermarket industry.
* A proven track record in driving category growth and improving profitability.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling engagement and influence with diverse stakeholders.
* Resilience, adaptability, and comfort working within a fast-paced, matrix organisation.
