$65K plus Super (pro rata)
Broker Support required for Small but growing Mortgage Broker Business based City Fringe in East Brisbane close to public transport.
This is a varied role that requires strong communication skills.
Providing you with autonomy, your self-motivation and focus will drive you to manage the home loan process whilst making sound decisions and effectively managing your time.
The Role:
Assisting the brokers at all stages of the loan process
Build rapport with customers/borrowers to instil confidence in processes
Ordering of Valuations
Lodging Residential Applications
Liaising with and file noting all discussions/appointments/correspondence with customers, financial institutes and solicitors (verbal and written communications)
Advise the Borrower of any changed or added conditions and what is further required
Liaise with Banks/Lawyers to ensure all requirements are met for settlement
Adhoc duties
