About the role
As a Graduate Accountant, you'll work closely within a collaborative team while gaining exposure across the firm in both professional and social settings. From your first day, you'll be supported by a Mentoring Partner, Manager and Buddy, ensuring you feel confident, connected and embedded in our culture.
You'll have the opportunity to work alongside Partners, Directors and Managers who are experts in their fields, giving you hands‐on experience and real insight into what it takes to succeed in professional services. Being part of a highly skilled team means you'll be challenged, supported and encouraged to grow every step of the way.

Who we're after
We are looking for accounting graduates with a keen interest in business who want to grow with the firm to become a trusted advisor to our clients. You:
* Are a soon‐to‐be or recent graduate (graduation date between 2022 and 2026) with an accounting major
* Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen; Australian Permanent Resident; or
* Are an international student and will independently apply for a relevant visa(s) with full working rights for the duration of the program
* Will bring a can‐do attitude, a willingness to put your hand up, have a go, and step outside your comfort zone
* With a track record of working in teams and an interest in self‐development, you're looking to improve yourself and are keen to work with a wide range of clients
