About the Role:
* Install and commission complex scientific equipment
* Perform hands-on repairs and routine maintenance tasks
* Troubleshoot technical issues remotely and on-site
You will be working closely with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality technical support and maintain excellent customer relationships. To succeed in this role, you should have relevant qualifications in Electronic or Electrical Engineering and 2+ years of experience in technical or customer support.
