Facilities Manager Leader
We are seeking a strategic leader to join our Property Services team as Facilities Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of building assets, driving forward-thinking planning, maintenance and renewal for long-term sustainability.
* Develop and lead high-performing teams, providing clear direction and fostering collaboration and accountability.
* Build effective relationships with stakeholders, contractors and community groups to ensure exceptional service standards.
* Develop, implement and review asset management strategies to guide annual and long-term capital works.
* Oversee inspections, maintenance and renewals of building assets aligned with developed plans, regulatory requirements and safety legislation.
* Coordinate design, scope and delivery of minor refurbishment projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets and safety standards.
* Manage service delivery contracts to ensure operational and public facilities meet agreed standards.
Key qualifications include:
* A degree in Building, Construction, Asset Management or Project Management with relevant experience, or a lesser qualification with significant experience.
* Extensive leadership experience along with knowledge of WHS practices, facilities management principles and statutory regulations.
