About You:
You're an experienced Property Manager (minimum 6-12 months in the role), or a strong Assistant PM ready to step up. You're organised, people-focused, and looking for a workplace that respects your time, your contribution, and your career goals.
You'll need:
* A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (ACT or NSW)
* A driver's licence and reliable car (unless a company car is provided)
* Solid communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* A genuine passion for providing great service to both landlords and tenants
