About The Role
As the
Store Manager,
you'll take ownership of the
Mackay
store and lead a passionate team to deliver outstanding results. You'll drive sales through coaching, inspiring and developing your team, while maintaining high visual and operational standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example, creating a supportive and engaging environment for your team and customers alike.
Skills And Experience
* Proven experience managing a high-volume retail store
* A genuine passion for customer service and team development
* Strong commercial awareness and confidence in meeting KPIs
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A flair for visual merchandising and creating an inviting store atmosphere
