As Customer Service Administrator, you will be working within the Client Services team, reporting to the General Manager, and performing other general administrative tasks as required
**Responsibilities**:
- Order processing, tracking and warehouse receipting
- Coordinating couriers and delivery tracking
- Produce appropriate reporting for clients and management
- Other office administration duties may be assigned to meet business needs
**Skills / Experience**
- Commitment to quality, customer service and team support
- Must communicate effectively and anticipate needs of co-workers and customers
- Clear and effective written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone skills and customer service etiquette
- Ability to nurture relationships with customers and suppliers
- Excellent follow through on tasks assigned
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Good PC skills including Microsoft Office
