Your Role
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently across all kitchen operations
* Support the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
* Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality
* Participate in setup and breakdown of kitchen operations
* Step up to assist in kitchen leadership when required
About You
* Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
* Minimum 2 years' experience or equivalent in a high-volume or professional kitchen environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
* Thrives under pressure and brings energy and enthusiasm to service
* Demonstrated ability to manage time and maintain consistency during busy periods
* Valid Australian working rights (ideally citizenship, residency, or full working visa)
