We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar & Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant within our well-established motel, which is 1.5 hours away from Townsvielle city.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on management, delivering excellent customer service, and running a smooth hospitality operation in a motel environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily bar and restaurant operations within the motel
* Lead, train and supervise hospitality staff
* Ensure high standards of customer service for motel guests and locals
* Oversee ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
* Manage rosters, wages, and cost control
* Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, RSA, food safety and WHS requirements
* Work closely with motel management to enhance guest experience and revenue
