As a graduate in Business Services, you will:
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of business reporting, including payroll, superannuation, GST, financial reporting, and ATO deadlines.
* Gain hands-on experience supporting business owners with finance and accounting matters, developing knowledge to enhance business performance.
As a graduate in Audit, you will:
* Engage in real client work, gaining practical experience essential for professional growth. You will be involved in various aspects of the audit process, providing a well-rounded understanding of the field.
* Benefit from a structured training program and on-the-job mentoring from our experienced team. This program guides your career development, ensuring you have the resources and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
We seek enthusiastic students who possess:
* A relevant qualification, such as a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Bachelor of Commerce, or similar. Alternatively, a Bachelor degree in another discipline with a keen interest or practical experience in accounting.
* Openness to further study or working towards eligibility for CAANZ or CPA postgraduate qualifications.
* A proactive approach to work and thrive in a collaborative environment.
* Confidence in communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
* A sharp attention to detail, maintaining excellent organisation, and consistently demonstrating professionalism.
* Tech-savviness with experience in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
