What you’ll be doing: Coaching structured group sessions focused on strength and conditioning Guiding members with technique, education, encouragement, and accountability Creating a welcoming environment for new and existing members Being a reliable presence and role model on the gym floor Getting involved in team catch-ups, communication, and contributing to continuous improvement Supporting community initiatives, member challenges and retention efforts Having confident conversations on the floor to support lead conversion and membership sales This role is for you if: You’ve got experience running group sessions, especially in strength or functional fitness You’re someone who can command the room and coach the individual You show up prepared, act professionally, and are open to feedback and learning You take the time to learn names, immerse yourself in the community and take note of the details that build real connection You’re after more than just casual hours — you want to be part of something meaningful You’re a team player who’s coachable, passionate, and committed to improving What’s in it for you?
