The Chance
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be part of a customer‐centric team supporting our clients and Account Managers. While this isn't a customer‐facing role, you will assist with customer queries while being proactive to problem‐solve to ensure overall satisfaction.
This role will be based onsite at Blackwoods Newcastle and is a permanent, full‐time position.
Responsibilities
* Support the branch Account Managers with any customer queries
* Action any administrative tasks related to the Customer Care role
* Conduct product recommendations to customers based on previous buying history
* Strive for first‐contact resolution and deliver on relevant service level objectives
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer‐focused environment
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously in a small team
* Exposure to Microsoft Office suite
* A proactive mindset to anticipate and problem‐solve
