Job Title: National Training Coordinator
A dynamic role that requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual to take ownership of aesthetic training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Training Program Coordination: Coordinate and book all customer and internal training programs, ensuring seamless logistics and communication.
* National Training Calendar: Develop and maintain the national training calendar in collaboration with the Medical Director and Sales leadership.
* Product Knowledge Plans: Support the development and rollout of product knowledge plans, e-learning modules, and self-assessment tools for the sales team.
* New Trainer Recruitment: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of new contract trainers.
* Training Stock Management: Manage training stock, ensuring timely delivery to training locations and return of unused items.
* Training Platform Registration: Monitor training platform registrations, track participation and completion rates, and generate training reports.
* Marketing Support: Support marketing and communication activities to promote training participation.
* Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative and project management support to ensure training programs deliver measurable impact.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will think ahead, juggle competing priorities, and take pride in being the one who makes it all happen.
