* Demonstrated track record of success in buyer's-agent experience, including independent property purchases for formally engaged clients
* Exceptional skills in property search, negotiation, and remote buying
* Highly developed capability in suburb analysis utilising leading-edge tools such as SuburbsFinder, Stash or HTAG
* Deep understanding of property investment strategies, off-market sourcing, and residential market dynamics
