THE ROLE
As Store Manager, you'll lead with passion and purpose, guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and outstanding results. * Proven experience as a Store Manager (retail, trade, or similar).
* Background in flooring, building, bathroom ware or hardware (highly regarded).
* Strong business development and sales experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
