Role Overview
This is a full-time position providing small group initiatives for students with learning needs, working closely with teachers to support these students in their class, and collaborating with the Learning Support team to ensure students receive adequate assistance.
The successful applicant will be responsible for developing partnerships with parents to help each student achieve their potential.
* Be able to demonstrate the capacity to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes.
* Be able to implement excellent teaching practices as described by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
* Be able to receive feedback on your teaching and make necessary adjustments.
* Be able to effectively plan, collect, and analyse educational data, then devise appropriate strategies to enhance student outcomes.
