**What’s the role?**
Responsible for driving end to end customer journeys to achieve new audience growth volume and revenue aspirations. This includes effectively partnering with cross functional teams including stakeholders from TDD (Tech & Product), Consumer (News Advance, Audience & Customer Engagement) and Editorial to deliver engagement, retention and conversion journeys on and off the platform.
- Deliver subscriber revenue growth within or above budget
- Ensure subscriber churn is within or below target
- Deliver projects on time and on budget
- Strategic approach for engagement and on-platform conversion across new audience growth initiates
- Journey mapping and development of engagement, retention and service comm journeys
- Gathering requirements and drive development of web and app conversion journeys
**Who are you?**
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to collaborate and represent within cross functional working groups
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex data sets and action insight
- Strong stakeholder management and project management with ability to deliver multiple initiatives within a complex and busy environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven history of delivering business results in direct response and end to end customer lifecycle campaign management
- Experience managing a team toward high performance outcomes
- Experience managing and using financial and customer data
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders including third party data and creative agencies
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or similar field
